About

Bill Keh-Ming Chen is a veteran Taiwanese diplomat with a business background, most recently serving as Taiwan’s Chief Representative to New Zealand (2018–2023). His overseas postings included Canada and the United States, with senior roles in Ottawa, Washington D.C., and Houston. In Taipei, he held key positions in foreign affairs and trade, including Director General of Policy Planning and Deputy Chief Trade Negotiator. Bill holds a business degree from National Taiwan University and pursued further studies at Leeds University in the UK.
