Dr Alexander C. Tan

Alex Tan is the founder and a principal research fellow of the Institute of Indo-Pacific Affairs. He is a Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. His research is focused on contemporary democracies, party politics, and political economy with a focus on East and Southeast Asia.
